Pepper's Sports Cafe
About This Spot
Walking into Pepper's Sports Cafe, you instantly sense it’s a place rooted in community and comfort—a classic neighborhood spot where familiarity and warmth settle in alongside the hum of quiet conversations and the occasional cheer from the game playing on one of the many screens. The atmosphere is easygoing and unpretentious, with well-worn bar signs tracing the walls and a cozy patio that invites you to linger whether you’re here for an afternoon catch-up or an evening out with friends.
The pace here takes its cues from the steady rhythm of shared moments rather than the rush of a busy city bar. You’ll find yourself drawn into lively discussions over a cold beer or a plate that carries a sense of local pride—food that feels like it’s been made for stories to unfold over it. Whether it’s the signature burgers, hearty smoked BBQ ribs, or those Red River Valley Nachos piled high with familiar, comforting toppings, the menu echoes the neighborhood’s unassuming spirit.
It’s a place where the focus leans toward connection: conversations have room to breathe, and friendly service slips into the background naturally. The business of catching a game blends seamlessly with the comfort of an old favorite spot, where details like free popcorn and friendly smiles remind you why you keep coming back. For locals and visitors alike, Pepper’s offers a slice of Fargo’s genuine flavor, served with steady kindness and an easy smile.

Classic neighborhood bar, still the same atmosphere almost 10 years later. There's old bar signs, a nice patio, and the gaming machines are nearly tucked away. Conversation and beer come before phones and gambling. I haven't tested the food enough to leave a review. Definitely try the place out for yourself.

Fantastic place to grab a beer and a burger while watching the game. Food is almost always on point. Turkey crusty is an amazing sandwich.....my go to.

I stopped in for a bite and a drink late afternoon earlier this week. Service was very good and food was good also. I paid, left and hit the road. I live 200 miles from Fargo. Got home and realized I left my debit card on the bar. I called, and they knew who i was and why i was calling. the card was in the mail that day and I received it no issues. It's just refreshing to know there are still people you can trust. I will visit Peppers again when in town.

Nice bar, good service. Little pricy$$ tho for just a short tap beer..
